WEN JIN
ARCHITECT
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Doctor of Architecture Assoc. AIA
Wen Jin is a licensed architect with a passion for thoughtful residential design and breathing new life into existing homes. Since joining JMJ Studios in 2016, she has worked on a wide range of projects throughout Northern California, including custom homes, estate renovations, ADUs, multifamily housing, and mixed-use developments. She helps guide projects from early design through construction documents, permitting, and coordination.
Wen especially enjoys the challenge of blending old and new. Whether renovating a historic home or designing an addition, she believes the best projects feel seamless; as though they've always belonged together. Her work is grounded in careful planning, technical precision, and a respect for each home's character. Before joining JMJ Studios, Wen worked at ZGF Architects in Portland, where she contributed to large-scale commercial and institutional projects.
She holds a Doctor of Architecture from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Historic Preservation from Tongji University in Shanghai.
